The Project includes the following Work:
• Demolition of existing trunk manhole housekeeping pads, frames and covers,coatings and liners, and rungs.
• Installation of new frames and covers, housekeeping pads, and coatings.
• Concrete patching at trunk manhole channels and benches.
• Raising and lowering trunk manholes to grade.
• Sewer flow control.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit for the Project will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Mt. View Sanitary District Administration Building Mt. View Sanitary District 00111 - 2 Trunk Manholes Rehabilitation August 2025 Advertisement for Bids located at 3800 Arthur Road, Martinez, CA 94553. It is a material term of the bid package that all bidders attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit.
